ABOUT US
 Ronald
S. Webster has been a resident of Collier County since
1975 and has practiced law on Marco Island since 1986.
Mr. Webster has written numerous articles which have been
published on the tax implications of buying and selling real
estate for both U.S. citizens and foreign nationals.
He has also authored articles on estate tax planning and probate
avoidance.
A frequent seminar speaker, Mr. Webster is a member of the
Collier County Bar, the Florida Bar, a former member of the
Estate Planning Council of Naples, and the National Network
of Estate Planning Attorneys. His practice is limited
to real estate, wills, trusts and estates, small business
formations and tax issues arising out of these matters.
Mr. Webster is actively involved in the Marco Island
community and has previously served as an elected representative
on the Collier County School Board. He and his wife,
Adrienne, have two children, Justin and Amanda.
MEET OUR QUALIFIED STAFF
Mary Adams is a Certified Paralegal having received
a Lawyer's Assistant degree from an
ABA approved law program. Originally from New York,
Mary has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the law with
an emphasis on wills, trusts, and estates. She has worked
with Mr. Webster for the past sixteen years.
Maryann Cavanagh is in her sixth year as the Director
of First Impressions. Additionally, she serves as an Administrative
and Real Estate Assistant. Maryann previously worked at a
title company on Marco Island following her move to Florida
10 years ago from New Jersey, where she had been employed
as a Corporate Accountant for 12 years.
Terri DuBrueler is a Real Estate Legal Assistant who
joined our staff 4 years ago. Terri preiously worked for 22
years at Prudential Florida WCI Realty, handling closings
and working closely with realtors. Before moving to Florida,
Terri worked in the Washington D.C. area at the Pentagon for
3 years for the Air Force in the accounting department.
JoAnne Lorio is an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant
responsible for closing residential real estate transactions.
She has both a title insurance as well as real estate license
and worked for a corporate title agency prior to joining our
office. JoAnne has extensive business and customer service
experience, preiously owning her own business prior to moving
to Marco Island from New Jersey.
