Second best to none is what seperates typical from terrific. Contracts and laws are written in black and white and understood in shades of gray. They are deciphered, decoded, construed and interpreted.
If the issues are black and white and it is clear who's going to win, there is little reason to pursue the dispute. In today's market real estate contracts, including short sales must be structured creatively if they are to succeed.
An attorney or title company who can't see the big picture or who sees only traditional black and white issues doesn't provide as much value as someone with a more visionary approach. That is the attorney who can see the big picture and start with the end in sight and work backwards to get the job done.
